This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation in the 50 United States, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Norway, Austria, Finland, Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, and mainland China only. Please do not participate if you are not a legal resident of, and not located in, the 50 United States, Washington D.C. or Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Norway, Austria, Finland, Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, or mainland China at time of participation. VOID IN TAIWAN, MACAU, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, OUTSIDE OF THE JURISDICTIONS OUTLINED ABOVE AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

    Starts September 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends August 31, 2027 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Sweepstakes Period") and consists of twelve (12) Monthly Sweepstakes (as defined below) and corresponding prizes as set forth in Rule #3. Monthly entry deadlines apply.

  2. ELIGIBILITY:

    To enter and be eligible to win a prize, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C. or Puerto Rico (excluding residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law), Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Norway, Austria, Finland, Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, and mainland China (excluding residents of Taiwan, and Macau) (each a “Jurisdiction”), have reached the age of majority in your Jurisdiction of residence, have a valid email address, and be a member of the free Microsoft Rewards Program (the “Program”) at the time of entry. Membership in the Program is subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement (including the “Rewards” section) available at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=530144. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) any person who, at any time on or after September 1, 2026, was or is a director, officer, agent, representative, or employee of Microsoft Corporation (“Sponsor”) or its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, or service agencies, who is directly involved in the planning or execution of the Sweepstakes; (b) any other individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes or engaged in the administration or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, with the entities listed in 2(a), the “Sweepstakes Entities”); (c) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother/ father, sister, brother, daughter, son, dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories; and (d) persons who Sponsor is prohibited from allowing to participate in the Program under Applicable Law (as defined in Rule #11 below). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial/territorial, county, and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes is Void outside of the eligible Jurisdictions above and where prohibited by Applicable Law.

  3. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY (SEE RULE #4 FOR DETAILS):

    Log into Rewards using your Microsoft Account or create a new Microsoft Account free of charge (“Account”). Please provide your true first and last name, mailing address (optional), working phone number (optional), and email address. Please ensure that your full legal name is entered in your Account prior to participating in order to be eligible to win a prize. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification. On the Microsoft Rewards redeem page, Account holders may redeem Microsoft Rewards points to gain entry into the available Sweepstakes draw for their Jurisdiction for the corresponding Month (each, a “Monthly Sweepstakes”) during the Sweepstakes Period. For details on how to earn points, see the “Rewards” section of the Microsoft Services Agreement available at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=530144. See the table below for the number of Microsoft Rewards points required for Sweepstakes Entry. See Rule #4 for details on how to enter without acquiring or redeeming Microsoft Rewards points in certain Jurisdictions. All online entries must be received by the dates and times specified in the chart below to be eligible for the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes drawing. These Official Rules apply to the Sweepstakes and entry into the Sweepstakes is deemed acceptance of these Official Rules.

    Sponsor may, from time to time by various methods, offer opportunities to receive Sweepstakes entries online either without redeeming points or for a lesser number of Rewards points than outlined above.

    To receive one or more entries into the Sweepstakes using this option, you can redeem the following Microsoft Rewards points from your Account for the following number of Sweepstakes entries:

    100 Microsoft Rewards points = 1 Sweepstakes entry
    250 Microsoft Rewards points = 5 Sweepstakes entries
    500 Microsoft Rewards points = 25 Sweepstakes entries

    Entry into one Month’s Sweepstakes drawing pool does not carry over into entry into any other Month’s Sweepstakes drawing pool. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Account. Any attempt by any entrant to use multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, Accounts, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of disqualification, any prize that entrant might have been otherwise entitled to will not be awarded.

    In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the Program registration. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the registered email address. Each entrant may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. If you do not have Internet access via a personal computer, your local library or Internet café may be able to provide access to the Internet and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts.

  4. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY:

    For the eligible Jurisdictions listed below, to enter without purchase and without acquiring or redeeming any Microsoft Rewards points, visit www.microsoft.com/rewards and follow the links and instructions to create an Account (if you do not already have an Account).     If you enter the Sweepstakes using this alternative method of entry, you will receive 25 entries into the applicable Sweepstakes drawing for each eligible entry request received via this method.     Only one (1) request per outer postmarked envelope allowed. Entries mechanically reproduced or made in any fashion other than as specified herein are void.

    Entries submitted by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means, entries by any means which subvert the entry process and entries made in any fashion other than as specified herein are void. All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

  5. RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES DRAWS:

    At approximately 2:00 PM PT on each of the Draw Dates listed in Rule #3 above, an independent judging organization (the “Sweepstakes Judges”) will randomly draw one (1) entry per Jurisdiction for the prize available in the applicable Month’s Sweepstakes (See Rule #6 for prize details) (each a “Potential Winner” and, if verified, “Winner”) from among all eligible entries received for each Jurisdiction for the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period for the applicable Jurisdiction during the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes. Each Potential Winner will be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

    **Prepaid gift cards and digital subscriptions will be awarded in the form of an electronic gift code and may be subject to expiry dates as disclosed at the time of prize notification. Acceptance and use of Microsoft gift cards is subject to the Terms and Conditions that apply to the gift card which may be found here: www.microsoft.com/cardterms.

    ***All currency conversions are based on exchange rates from US dollars as of July 27, 2026. Prize valuations other than US dollars are for convenience only. Actual ARVs may vary based on exchange rates at the time the prize is fulfilled. Prize Winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of a prize at the time the prize is awarded.

    Note: the exact relative value of prepaid gift cards awarded will be subject to local currency fluctuations.

    If any prize, or any portion of a prize, is unavailable or cannot be awarded in a winner's jurisdiction for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute such prize or portion thereof with a gift card equal to the approximate retail value of that prize. Any substituted gift card will be subject to the issuer's applicable terms and conditions.

    Microsoft products awarded as prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose); you assume the entire risk of quality and performance, and should the prizes prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. This is so even if the Microsoft product mentions a warranty on its packaging, in a manual, or in marketing materials; no warranty applies to Microsoft products awarded as prizes. Microsoft does not give any warranty of any kind, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) on products made by a company other than Microsoft that are awarded as prizes. Please contact the manufacturer to see if it is covered by that company’s warranty. 

    Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of any prize will not be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, or redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

    All federal, state, provincial, county and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the Winner’s responsibility, regardless of whether a prize is used in whole or in part. All prize details are at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

  7. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE:

    An email will be sent to each verified Winner’s email address as provided in the registration form with instructions on how to claim their prize. Potential Winners may be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a publicity release prior to being awarded a prize. Potential Winners who are eligible residents of the United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico of a prize valued at $2,000 USD or more will also be required to execute and return a W9 form. Potential Winners who are eligible residents of Canada must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered online or by telephone or email. If applicable, documents must be executed and returned within five (5) calendar days from the time they are recorded as having been sent by the Sponsor or its representative, or the applicable prize may be forfeited. If a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or Sponsor is unable to contact a Potential Winner within three (3) calendar days, or in the event that a prize notification or prize is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Potential Winners may be required to furnish proof of identification.

    Digital Prizes: allow 7-10 business days for verification and delivery of your prize. Physical prizes: allow 4-6 weeks for verification and delivery of your prize. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason outside of their control. Prizes will only be delivered to verified Winners. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of entrants.

    To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, by accepting a prize, each Winner agrees to grant to the Sponsor the right to the use his/her name, address (city and state/province/territory/county/district of residence), voice, and statements relating to the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Sponsor or any related entities in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, including the internet, without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by Applicable Law.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

  1. By entering, entrants (i) acknowledge and represent that they are in full compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements and, (ii) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Judges, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification and all associated entries will be void.

  2. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant's registration in the Sweepstakes (and void all associated entries) or entitlement to a prize if, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, it determines or suspects that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by tampering, cheating, hacking, deception, or other fraudulent, deceptive or unfair playing practices (including any entries or points generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means or any other means which subvert the entry process).

  3. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION:

    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the Applicable Laws of the participant’s Jurisdiction of residence, without regard to any other conflicts of law principles. All participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, county, territorial, provincial, district, state, and/or local courts of the participant’s Jurisdiction of residence (as applicable).

    Participants resident in certain jurisdictions may have the right to refer to local consumer protection bodies including, but not limited to (for participants residing in Finland) the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).

  4. PERSONAL DATA: Microsoft agrees to ensure that all personal data collected during the course of the Sweepstakes including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, or other information required to confirm a potential prize win (collected with the potential winner’s consent), will only be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and the collection of such data complies with (i) all applicable laws, including without limitation, all state, provincial/territorial and federal laws, corporate standards, policies, regulations, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (collectively “Applicable Laws”) (ii) the principles, guidelines, rules and codes of conduct of self-regulatory organizations such as the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the Direct Marketing Association, and other self-regulatory organizations to which third parties providing services, platforms, and data are bound, and any required notices and consents; and (iii) privacy disclosures and information collection requirements imposed on advertisers by targeting of media in order to comply with Applicable Laws. Where required by Applicable Laws, Microsoft will deploy appropriate notices and functionality to obtain authorizations and consents as required.

    Personal data collected may be used by Sponsor to verify a participant’s identity, postal address and telephone number in the event they are deemed a Potential Winner. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, your information may also be transferred to countries outside of your jurisdiction of residence, including the United States. Such other countries may not have privacy laws and regulations that provide the same level of protection to those that exist in your jurisdiction. By providing any data in connection with the Sweepstakes, participants hereby expressly consent to such transfers of your data to the United States or other countries. Subject to Applicable Law, participants have the right to review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by Sponsor by accessing their Account and editing their personal data at account.microsoft.com.     Participants are hereby advised of their right to lodge a complaint with a local supervisory authority (e.g., Data Protection Authority) if they believe their personal data is processed unlawfully.

    Personal data you provide while entering this Sweepstakes will be used by Microsoft and/or its agents and prize fulfillers acting on Microsoft’s behalf only for the administration and operation of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

  5. As a condition of entering, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing) to the fullest extent permissible by the laws of their Jurisdiction: TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES FROM ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES), INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (COLLECTIVELY, “CLAIMS”), RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS, AND NOTHING IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT IN ANY WAY ANY ENTITY'S LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH CAUSED BY ITS NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD OR FOR ANY OTHER WHERE LIABILITY MAY NOT AS A MATTER OF LAW BE LIMITED. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such term or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, any other rules, guidance or instructions set out by the Sponsor in promotional material relating to the Sweepstakes or interferes with the Sweepstakes in any manner. If an entrant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by an individual to access any website associated with the Sweepstakes via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in that individual’s IP address and all entries from that IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to the extent permissible by Applicable Law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action that relate in any way to the entry.

    Applies to entrants residing in Germany only: Notwithstanding anything elsewhere in these Official Rules, the following regulations apply to German entrants:

    1. Sponsor and Released Parties shall be fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages caused by injury to life, body or health.
    2. In an event of property and financial losses caused by slight negligence, Sponsor and Released Parties shall be liable only for breaches of a material contractual obligation (cardinal duty). A “cardinal duty” in the meaning of this provision is an obligation that need to be fulfilled to permit proper execution of these Official Rules and that may regularly be relied upon by the entrant.
    3. Liability in accordance with the above Clause (ii) shall be limited to the typical, foreseeable damages.
    4. The limitation of liability shall apply mutatis mutandis to the benefit of the employees, agents and vicarious agents of Sponsor and Released Parties.
    5. Any potential liability on the part of Sponsor or Released Parties for any guarantees and for claims based on the German Product Liability Act shall not be affected.

  6. To the extent permissible by Applicable Laws, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify and/or suspend this Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes (such as force majeure events) impairs the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to randomly select the Prize Winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to time of such cancellation. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules.

  7. The Sweepstakes Entities do not warrant that access to the Sweepstakes will be uninterrupted. To the extent permissible by Applicable Laws, the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to: (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Sweepstakes; or (b) communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers or mobile devices and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of points or entries, or the offering or announcement of any prize or in any winner notification documents; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Sweepstakes; or (f) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities are also not responsible for lost, late, delayed, garbled, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, damaged or undelivered mail, email, or entries. Proof of transmission (screenshots, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery.

DISCLOSURES:

  1. Any attempt by an entrant or other individual, to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys' fees) from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, including criminal prosecution. Entrants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified (and all associated entries will be void) and will forfeit any prize won. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  2. To the extent required by Applicable Law, and notwithstanding anything elsewhere in these Official Rules, no person’s or entity’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence shall be limited in any way, and nor shall their ability for fraud or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited or excluded. Where these Official Rules provide for discretion exercisable by a Sweepstakes Entity (to the extent permissible by Applicable Law) that could otherwise be capable of causing a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligation hereunder, to the detriment of a consumer and contrary to the requirement of good faith, shall be exercised reasonably and in good faith.

  3. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in Sweepstakes Materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

  4. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, Sponsor's employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever.

  5. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, county, local and municipal laws.
