    Starts March 12, 2026 at 9:00:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends May 21, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period").

  2. ELIGIBILITY:

    To enter and be eligible for a chance to win a prize, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C. or Puerto Rico (excluding residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions), Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, Austria, Greece, Finland, Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland, Norway, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Mainland China, excluding residents of Taiwan, and Macau ("China"), Hong Kong, the Czech Republic, Romania or South Africa (each a "Jurisdiction"), have reached at least the age of majority in your Jurisdiction, have an active mobile phone number and email address, and be a member of the free of charge Microsoft Rewards Program (the "Program") at each time you participate in the Promotion and at the time you are awarded any prize, if any, through the Promotion.   3. HOW TO ENTER (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY*):

    From the Promotion landing page at https://aka.ms/win-Promo (the "Website") log into Microsoft Rewards using your Microsoft Account or create a new Microsoft Account free of charge ("Account").

    *For eligible residents of Mexico to participate, the Sponsor may request a past or future purchase of a Sponsor product or service to maintain prize eligibility.

    Please ensure that your full legal name is entered in your Microsoft Account prior to participating in order to be eligible to win a prize. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification.

    When you initially request your one (1) "chance to win" from the Website or participate via another available method of receiving chances to win, you will be presented with a registration form: you must provide your true legal first and last name, mailing address, working mobile phone number, and email address, as well as confirming that you have read and accept these Official Rules.

    Verification: we may require you to verify your registration form using a secondary method such as a code sent via SMS to enter on the form.

    Message and data rates may apply. Connect time charges may apply. Your mobile phone must be capable of sending and receiving text messages to participate.

    You may receive one (1) chance to check if you are a winner per Day into the Promotion by searching with Bing as your default search engine (either on a mobile device or on a desktop computer). Each chance to win obtained by this method must be played on the same Day as it is received. (For the purposes of these Official Rules, a "Day" begins at 12:00:00 AM PT and ends 11:59:59 PM PT, except for the first Day of the Promotion which starts at 9:00:00 AM PT.) All online chances to win must be played by May 21, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT. To check if you are a winner, for any chance to win received, click on "Check if you’re a winner" at the Website while logged into Bing (in the mobile app or on your desktop) to reveal whether the applicable chance to win is a potential prize winner.

    Prizes available in the Promotion are randomly time-seeded throughout the Promotion Period and awarded to the person who plays by clicking on "Check if you’re a winner" (a "Chance Reveal") on or after the time the prize is randomly seeded. The time of day when you play the game during the Promotion Period, as recorded by the Web site technology, and the number of Chance Reveals received will solely determine whether or not you are a Potential Winner (as defined below).

    After clicking the link to play the Promotion, a winning message will be displayed if you are selected as a potential winner (each a "Potential Winner" and, if verified, "Winner"). Potential Winners of Prizes will be sent a "Play Receipt", including a unique Security Identification Code ("SIC"), to the email address provided in the registration process within approximately three (3) to five (5) business days (to allow for verification of Chance Reveals). The Play Receipt and SIC will confirm the results of the applicable Chance Reveal. Please keep this email for reference purposes. If you are not a Potential Winner, a losing message will be displayed on-screen after clicking the link to play the Promotion.

    In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a participant, the chance to win will be deemed to have been obtained by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the Program registration. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the registered email address. Each participant may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. If you do not have internet access via a personal computer, your local library or internet café may be able to provide access to the internet and a number of internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts.

    Chances to win obtained by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means, chances to win gained by any means which subvert the participation process, and submissions or registrations that are illegible or made in any fashion other than as specified herein, as determined by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion, are void. All submissions become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

    Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

    All federal, state, provincial, county and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are each Winner’s responsibility, regardless of whether the prize is used in whole or in part. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize Winners will be required to complete and return prize claim and/or tax forms such as an IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN within the deadline stated in the winner notification. With respect to the Sponsor’s withholding obligations, the United States requires a thirty percent (30%) gross basis withholding tax on any prize awarded to a resident of Canada, Greece, Mexico, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Peru, Romania, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Singapore, or China. A Prize Winner resident in France, Germany, Spain, Austria, Ireland, the Netherlands, Finland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Japan, or South Africa, may be eligible for a zero percent (0%) withholding rate under the income tax treaty between those countries and the United States. Any Prize Winner resident in those countries should consult their tax advisor to confirm eligibility. If eligible, a proper treaty claim on the Form W-8BEN must be provided prior to any prize award. Prize Winners are advised to seek independent tax counsel regarding the implications of accepting the prize.

  5. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE:

    Potential Winners will be contacted by phone, email and/or mail at the address, email, or telephone number provided with their registration, with instructions on how to claim their prize. For clarity, Sponsor (or its agent) may utilize only one (1) of the foregoing methods of contact, or more than one (1) method, in its sole discretion. Potential Winners will be required to execute and return a W8-BEN form, and may also be requested to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a publicity release (each such document being a restatement and confirmation of certain aspects of these Official Rules) prior to being awarded a prize; except that Potential Winners of prizes valued at USD $2,000 or greater who are eligible residents of the United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico will instead be required to execute and return a W9 form in addition to an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a publicity release. Forms and releases may be delivered (and must then be returned) digitally. Potential Winners who are eligible residents of Canada or Mexico must also first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered online, or through another means selected by the Sponsor. Declarations/Affidavits must be executed and returned within five (5) calendar days from the time they are received by the Potential Winner, or as otherwise specified in the documents, or the applicable prize may be forfeited.

    In addition, where permitted by Applicable Law, prior to receiving their prize, potential winners may be required to share with Sponsor the URL of their own original social media post created to celebrate their win, or using post content as suggested by Sponsor, which may be reviewed by Sponsor. If the post URL submitted is unrelated to the prize win, is deleted before it can be reviewed, or is found to be offensive or inappropriate in any way, the prize may be forfeited at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Potential winners will be required to clearly indicate in their post or caption that they will be receiving a prize, or the prize may be forfeited at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

    If a Potential Winner is determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or Potential Winner does not complete the initial prize claim form within three (3) calendar days, or in the event that a prize notification or prize is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Potential Winners may be required to furnish proof of identification acceptable to the Sponsor.

    Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for verification and delivery of your prize.

    The Promotion Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason outside of their control. Prizes will only be delivered to verified Winners. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of participants.

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, by accepting a prize, each Prize Winner agrees to the grant the Sponsor the right to use his/her name, address (city and state/province/territory/county/district of residence), voice, and statements/social media posts relating to the Promotion or Sponsor, photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Sponsor or any related entities in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, including the internet, without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.

  6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

    By entering, participants (i) acknowledge and represent that they are in full compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements and, (ii) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Promotion Judges, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Participants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification and all associated chances to win will be void.

  7. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant’s registration in the Promotion (and void all associated chances to win) or entitlement to a prize if, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, it determines or suspects that the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by tampering, cheating, hacking, deception, or other fraudulent, deceptive or unfair playing practices (including any chances to win generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means or any other means which subvert the participation process).

  8. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION:

    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Promotion Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the applicable laws of the participant’s Jurisdiction of residence, without regard to any other conflicts of law principles. All participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, county, territorial, provincial, district, state, and/or local courts of the participant’s Jurisdiction of residence (as applicable).

    Participants resident in certain jurisdictions may have the right to refer to local consumer protection bodies including, but not limited to (for participants residing in Finland) the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi), or (for participants residing in Peru) the Consumer Protection Commission of INDECOPI.

  9. PERSONAL DATA:

    Microsoft agrees to ensure that all personal data collected during the course of the Promotion including name, mailing address, mobile phone number, and email address, or other information required to confirm a potential prize win (collected with the potential winner’s consent), will only be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion and the collection of such data complies with (i) all applicable laws, including without limitation, all state, provincial/territorial and federal laws, corporate standards, policies, regulations, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") (collectively "Applicable Laws") (ii) the principles, guidelines, rules and codes of conduct of self-regulatory organizations such as the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the Direct Marketing Association, and other self-regulatory organizations to which third parties providing services, platforms, and data are bound, and any required notices and consents; and (iii) privacy disclosures and information collection requirements imposed on advertisers by targeting of media in order to comply with Applicable Laws.     Personal data collected may be used by Sponsor to verify a participant’s identity, postal address and telephone number in the event they are deemed a Potential Winner. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, your information may also be transferred to countries outside of your jurisdiction of residence, including the United States. Such other countries may not have privacy laws and regulations that provide the same level of protection to those that exist in your jurisdiction. By providing any data in connection with the Promotion, participants hereby expressly consent to such transfers of your data to the United States or other countries. Subject to Applicable Law, participants have the right to review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by Sponsor by accessing their Account and editing their personal data at account.microsoft.com.     Participants are hereby advised of their right to lodge a complaint with a local supervisory authority (e.g., Data Protection Authority) if they believe their personal data is processed unlawfully.

    Personal data you provide while entering this Promotion will be used by Microsoft and/or its agents and prize fulfillers acting on Microsoft’s behalf only for the administration and operation of this Promotion and in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such participant’s eligibility to participate in the Promotion. Any attempt by an individual to access any website associated with the Promotion via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in that individual’s IP address and all chances to win from that IP address becoming ineligible. Use of automated devices or programs to participate is prohibited. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to the extent permissible by applicable law, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action that relate in any way to their participation in the Promotion.

    Applies to participants residing in Greece and Germany only: Notwithstanding anything elsewhere in these Official Rules, the following regulations apply to German and Greek participants:

    1. Sponsor and Released Parties shall be fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages caused by injury to life, body or health.
    2. In an event of property and financial losses caused by slight negligence, Sponsor and Released Parties shall be liable only for breaches of a material contractual obligation (cardinal duty). A "cardinal duty" in the meaning of this provision is an obligation that need to be fulfilled to permit proper execution of these Official Rules and that may regularly be relied upon by the participant.
    3. Liability in accordance with the above Clause (ii) shall be limited to the typical, foreseeable damages.
    4. The limitation of liability shall apply mutatis mutandis to the benefit of the employees, agents and vicarious agents of Sponsor and Released Parties.
    5. Any potential liability on the part of Sponsor or Released Parties for any guarantees and for claims based on the German Product Liability Act or article 6 of Greek Law 2251/1994 on Producer’s liability shall not be affected.

  11. To the extent permissible by applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify and/or suspend this Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes (such as force majeure events) impairs the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to randomly select the Prize Winners from among all eligible, non-suspect chances to win received up to time of such cancellation. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules.

  12. The Promotion Entities do not warrant that access to the Promotion will be uninterrupted. To the extent permissible by applicable law, the Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to: (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Promotion; or (b) communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected, or computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers or mobile devices and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of chances to win, or the offering or announcement of any prize or in any winner notification documents; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Promotion; or (f) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Promotion or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Promotion. The Promotion Entities are also not responsible for lost, late, delayed, garbled, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, damaged or undelivered mail, email, or submissions. Proof of transmission (screenshots, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery.

DISCLOSURES:

  1. Any attempt by a participant or other individual, to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys' fees) from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified (and all associated chances to win will be void) and will forfeit any prize won. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

  2. If a dispute arises relating to any prize won, a combination of factors will be assessed in determining if you are in fact eligible to win a prize; i. the Play Receipt including the unique SIC, and its corresponding play data in the Promotion database will be reviewed to determine the legitimacy of the claim; ii. The Promotion Judges will be consulted to compare the pre-generated game data with the Chance Reveal data you are presenting or have generated. Ultimately it will be the results of the Promotion Judges' analysis, which will determine your entitlement to any prize. The review of any such dispute will not commence prior to two weeks following the Promotion end date noted herein. In the event the Promotion Judges' analysis reveals valid claims are greater than the number of prizes available as set forth in these Official Rules, then, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing amongst all eligible claimants whose claims have not yet been redeemed, to award the remaining number of advertised prize in the category in question. Prizes will stop being awarded in the event Sponsor becomes aware of an error respecting the number of prizes. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes available in the category in question.

  3. To the extent required by applicable law, and notwithstanding anything elsewhere in these Official Rules, no person’s or entity’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence shall be limited in any way, and nor shall their ability for fraud or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited or excluded. Where these Official Rules provide for discretion exercisable by a Promotion Entity (to the extent permissible by applicable law) that could otherwise be capable of causing a significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligation hereunder, to the detriment of a consumer and contrary to the requirement of good faith, shall be exercised reasonably and in good faith.

  4. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained in Promotion Materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

  5. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, Sponsor's employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever.
