To enter and be eligible for a chance to win a prize, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico (excluding residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law), Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, or Mexico (each a “Jurisdiction”), have reached at least the age of majority in your Jurisdiction, have a valid phone number and email address, and be a member of the free of charge Microsoft Rewards Program (the “Program”) at the time of each entry into the Sweepstakes and at the time you are awarded any prize, if any, through the Sweepstakes. Microsoft Rewards is a program that encompasses earning points, including Xbox and Bing. Rewards with Xbox accrues points to the same Rewards account and is part of Microsoft Rewards. You can participate in the program using the same Microsoft Account you use with Xbox.

The usage of multiple accounts per entrant is not permitted. Any attempt by any entrant to use multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, Accounts, or any other methods in an attempt to defraud the entry process or gain additional entries will void that entrant's entries and entrant may be disqualified.

Yes, Rewards members can redeem points for entries 2 ways, receiving a total of 15 total entries for the $1M grand prize:

• 1,000 Rewards points for a 5-entry packet to The Microsoft Rewards $2,000,000 USD sweepstakes. May be completed one (1) time per person/Account for a maximum of five (5) entries.
• 2,000 Rewards points for a 10-entry packet to The Microsoft Rewards $2,000,000 USD sweepstakes. May be completed one (1) time per person/Account for a maximum of ten (10) entries.

If you enter the Sweepstakes using this alternative method of entry, you will receive ten (10) entries into the applicable Sweepstakes. Requests must be postmarked by May 26, 2025, and received no later than June 2, 2025, to be considered. Only one (1) request per outer postmarked envelope allowed.

Yes. Searches need to be made between Mondays and Sundays on the Bing mobile app. Complete 1 Bing search on mobile at least 3 days during a weekly draw period.

You'll be notified by email at the email address you used when you registered for the sweepstakes after the weekly draw has ended.

The Grand Prize winner will be drawn at approximately 12:00 PM PT on June 9, 2025.

Potential Winners will be contacted by phone, email and/or mail at the address, email, or telephone number provided in the sweepstakes entry. Winners will be provided with instructions on how to claim their prize.

There will be up to 101 winners. Winners can be drawn from any of the participating jurisdictions. There will be one (1) prize of $1,000,000.00 USD (One Million United States Dollars) in cash, awarded via wire transfer to a qualified bank account in the winner’s name that permits and accepts international wire transfers.

Potential Winners who are eligible residents of Canada must also first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered online.

Documents must be executed and returned within five (5) business days from the time they are postmarked as having been sent by the Sponsor or their representative, or the applicable prize may be forfeited.

A confidential background/criminal check may also be conducted to confirm a potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these rules and to review potential winner’s social media accounts or other public facing communications or actions.

All federal, state, provincial, county and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified in the Official Rules as being provided are each Winner’s responsibility, regardless of whether a prize is used in whole or in part.
