OFFICIAL RULES

This Promotion is intended for viewing and participation from invited participants located in the 50 United States, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, and Mainland China only. Please do not participate if you are not a direct and intended recipient of an invitation to participate and a legal resident of, and not located in, the 50 United States, Washington D.C. or Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, or Mainland China at time of participation. VOID IN THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, HONG KONG, TAIWAN, MACAU, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

THESE RULES APPLY TO THE PROMOTION, AND PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION IS DEEMED ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES.

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD:

    Starts June 1, 2026 at 9:00:00 AM Japan Standard Time (“JST”)(or 9:00:00 AM in your time zone, if not JST) and ends June 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Hawaii–Aleutian Time (“HT”) (or 11:59:59 PM in your time zone, if not HT)(the “Promotion Period”).

  2. ELIGIBILITY:

    To participate and be eligible to win a prize, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, Washington, D.C. or Puerto Rico (excluding residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories and possessions, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, and where prohibited by law), the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, or Mainland China, have a valid email address, have reached at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, be the direct and intended recipient of an invitation from Microsoft Corporation (“Sponsor”) to participate, and be a member of the free Microsoft Rewards Program (the “Program”) at the time of participation. Membership in the Program is subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement (including the “Rewards” section) available at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=530144. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) any person who, at any time on or after June 1, 2026, was or is a director, officer, agent, representative, or an employee of Sponsor or its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, or service agencies, who is directly involved in the planning or execution of the Promotion; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Promotion or engaged in the administration or execution of this Promotion (collectively, with the entities listed in 2(a), the “Promotion Entities”); (c) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother/ father, sister, brother, daughter, son, dependent or spouse of any of the foregoing) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household (i.e., live in the same household for at least 3 of the 12 months preceding the start of the Promotion Period, whether related or not) as any person in any of the preceding categories; and (d) persons who Sponsor is prohibited from allowing to participate in the Program under applicable law. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, county, and local laws and regulations.

  3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

    The Promotion will be made available on the Bing homepage to eligible participants for the duration of the Promotion Period. To participate, visit Bing.com and log in using your Microsoft Account (“Account”). Complete at least one (1) Bing.com search in a Day (as defined below) in order to receive one (1) Game Play (as defined below). Following your first search on Bing.com each Day, you will be presented with a virtual gift box on screen. After clicking the virtual gift box (“Game Play”), a message will be displayed indicating whether you are a potential winner of a prize (a “Potential Winner” and, if verified, “Winner”). See Rule #4 for prize details.

    For the purposes of these Official Rules, a “Day” is defined as a calendar day lasting from 12:00:00 AM to 11:59:59 PM in your local time zone, as determined by the Sponsor, except for the first Day of the Promotion which starts at 9:00:00 AM in your local time zone.

    All Game Plays must be completed by June 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM in your time zone.

    Limit: Maximum of one (1) Game Play per Day for a total maximum of fifteen (15) Game Plays throughout the Promotion Period.

    Prizes available in the Promotion will be awarded randomly based on a computer-generated probability algorithm. See Rule #4(a) for the probability of winning specific prizes in the Promotion.

    Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same Microsoft Rewards Account. Any attempt by any participant to use multiple/different Microsoft Rewards Accounts will void that participant's Game Plays and participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of disqualification, any prize that participant might have been otherwise entitled to will not be awarded.

    In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a participant, the Game Play will be deemed to have been made by the “authorized account holder” of the email address associated with the Microsoft Rewards Account. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the registered email address. Each participant may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. If you do not have Internet access via a personal computer, your local library or Internet café may be able to provide access to the Internet and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts.

The number of prizes/awards/sweepstakes entries actually available will be determined by the actual number of Game Plays completed throughout the Promotion Period.

      **All currency conversions are based on exchange rates as of April 10, 2026. Actual ARVs may vary based on exchange rates at the time the prize is fulfilled. Prize Winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV and the actual value of a prize at the time the prize is awarded.

    • MICROSOFT REWARDS $5,000 SWEEPSTAKES: Five (5) USD $1,000 Pre-paid Gift Cards (each, a “Sweepstakes Prize”) are available in the Microsoft Rewards $5,000 Sweepstakes (see Official Rules for full details). Each Sweepstakes Prize will be awarded in the form of electronic gift codes and may be subject to expiry dates as disclosed at the time of prize notification. All Sweepstakes Prizes are awarded solely as part of the Microsoft Rewards $5,000 Sweepstakes and not as part of, or in connection with, any individual activity, Game Play, or prizing specific to the Promotion.

      Microsoft Rewards $5,000 Sweepstakes entries may be earned through multiple methods of entry as described in the Microsoft Rewards $5,000 Sweepstakes Official Rules. Receiving a Microsoft Rewards $5,000 Sweepstakes entry through any particular entry method does not guarantee that a prize will be won, and all eligible entries received, regardless of entry method, will be included in a single prize drawing for the Microsoft Rewards $5,000 Sweepstakes.

      All Prizes/Awards: Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

      All federal, state, provincial, county and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the Winner’s responsibility, regardless of whether the prize is used in whole or in part. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  5. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE:

    Instant Win Game prizes: Microsoft Rewards points will be automatically credited to the verified Winner’s Account. Sweepstakes Entries: will be awarded solely as part of the Microsoft Rewards $5,000 Sweepstakes. If a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize, or Sponsor is unable to contact a Potential Winner within three (3) business days, or in the event that a prize notification or prize is returned undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Potential Winners may be required to furnish proof of identification.

    Allow three (3) to five (5) days for verification and crediting of Instant Win Game prizes of Microsoft Rewards points. Promotion Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a prize for any reason outside of their control. Prizes will only be delivered to verified Winners. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of participants.

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, by accepting a prize, each Prize Winner agrees to the grant the Sponsor the right to use his/her name, address (city and state/province/territory/county/region of residence), voice, and statements/social media posts relating to the Promotion or Sponsor, photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Sponsor or any related entities in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, including the internet, without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.

  6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By playing, participants (i) acknowledge and represent that they are in full compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements and, (ii) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Promotion Judges, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Participants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification and all associated Game Plays and Sweepstakes Entries will be void.

    Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, illegible, postage-due or incomplete submissions of requests/Game Plays/Sweepstakes Entries. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery. All mail-in requests become the property of Sponsor and in no case shall be returned to sender.

    Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant’s registration in the Promotion (and void all associated Game Plays/Sweepstakes Entries) or entitlement to a prize if, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, it determines or suspects that the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by tampering, cheating, hacking, deception, or other fraudulent, deceptive or unfair playing practices (including any Game Plays or Sweepstakes Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means or any other means which subvert the Game Play process).

    As a condition of playing, participants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsor and Promotion Entities and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to participating in the Promotion, or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize; (b) that under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize won, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will participants be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees and court costs.

    Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify and/or suspend this Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes (such as force majeure events) impairs the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Promotion.

    Promotion Entities do not warrant that access to the Promotion will be uninterrupted. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to: (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Promotion; or (b) communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in connection with the administration of the Promotion or the Microsoft Rewards Program, the processing of Game Plays/Sweepstakes Entries, or the offering or announcement of any prize or in any winner notification documents; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Promotion; or (f) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Promotion or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Promotion. Promotion Entities are also not responsible for lost, late, delayed, garbled, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, damaged or undelivered mail, email, or Game Plays/Sweepstakes Entries. Proof of transmission (screenshots, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery.

  7. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Promotion Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the applicable laws of the participant’s Jurisdiction of residence, without regard to any other conflicts of law principles. All participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, county, territorial, provincial, district, state, and/or local courts of the participant’s Jurisdiction of residence (as applicable).

  8. PERSONAL DATA: Microsoft agrees to ensure that all data collected during the course of the Promotion including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, phone number, and email address will only be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion and the collection of such data complies with (i) all applicable laws, including without limitation, all state, provincial and federal laws, corporate standards, policies, regulations, as well as the as well as General Data Protection Regulations (“GDPR”) (collectively “Applicable Laws”) (ii) the principles, guidelines, rules and codes of conduct of self-regulatory organizations such as the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the Direct Marketing Association, and other self-regulatory organizations to which third parties providing services, platforms, and data are bound, and any required notices and consents; and (iii) privacy disclosures and information collection requirements imposed on advertisers by targeting of media in order to comply with Applicable Laws. Where required by Applicable Laws, Microsoft will deploy appropriate notices and functionality to obtain authorizations and consents as required.

    Personal data collected may be used by Sponsor to verify a participant’s identity, postal address and telephone number in the event they are deemed a Potential Winner. Your information may also be transferred to countries outside of your jurisdiction of residence, including the United States. Such other countries may not have privacy laws and regulations that provide the same level of protection to those that exist in your jurisdiction. By providing any data in connection with the Promotion, participants hereby expressly consent to such transfers of your data to the United States or other countries. Participants have the right to review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by Sponsor by accessing their Account and editing their personal data at account.microsoft.com.

    Personal data you provide while entering this Promotion will be used by Microsoft and/or its agents and prize fulfillers acting on Microsoft’s behalf only for the administration and operation of this Promotion and in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

  9. DISCLOSURES: Any attempt by a participant or other individual, to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys' fees) from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified (and all associated Game Plays/Sweepstakes Entries will be void) and will forfeit any prize won. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

    If a dispute arises relating to any Instant Win Game prize won, the Game Play data in Sponsor’s database will be reviewed to determine the legitimacy of the claim. Ultimately it will be the results of the Sponsor' analysis which will determine your entitlement to any prize. In the event the Sponsor's analysis reveals valid claims are greater than the number of prizes available as set forth in these Official Rules, then Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing amongst all eligible claimants whose claims have not yet been redeemed, to award the remaining number of advertised prize in the category in question. Prizes will stop being awarded in the event Sponsor becomes aware of an error respecting the number of prizes. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes available in the category in question.

    In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained in Promotion Materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

    The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, Sponsor's employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever.

Prize Winners’ names may be included in a publicly available winners list.
